Nov 30 Low Fat Yoghurt Grilled Fish

»Basic Ingredients
- 4 sliced mackerel Fish
- 150 ml of low fat yogurt
»Main Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp oil for frying
- 50 gr tomato Pasta
»Spices
- 2 bh garlic
- 2 ptg KCl Ginger
- 0.5 tbsp think
- 3 ptg KCl Turmeric
- 1.5 tbsp Salt
Method:
- Stir-fry until fragrant spices finely. Enter the tomato paste and yogurt. Slosh average, lift
- Smear on fish with the lemon juice, salt, spices and stir-fry until the average, and close the store in the refrigerator the night
- Grilled fish at the top of the coals of fire until fragrant and cooked. Lift, research the blender with hot spices.
