Low Fat Yoghurt Grilled Fish
»Basic Ingredients

  • 4 sliced mackerel Fish
  • 150 ml of low fat yogurt

»Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp oil for frying
  • 50 gr tomato Pasta

»Spices

  • 2 bh garlic
  • 2 ptg KCl Ginger
  • 0.5 tbsp think
  • 3 ptg KCl Turmeric
  • 1.5 tbsp Salt

Method:

  1. Stir-fry until fragrant spices finely. Enter the tomato paste and yogurt. Slosh average, lift
  2. Smear on fish with the lemon juice, salt, spices and stir-fry until the average, and close the store in the refrigerator the night
  3. Grilled fish at the top of the coals of fire until fragrant and cooked. Lift, research the blender with hot spices.
