Nov 25 Diet Beef noodle soup
»Basic Materials
- 250 gr Mi vietnamese (thin Shahe fen)
- 150 gr Meat Sukiyaki
»Main Ingredients
- Adequate water
- 80 g bean sprouts
»Stock
- 2 tsp oil for frying
- 500 gr dislocated knee cow
- 200 gr Bawang Bombay
- Bh 1.5 KCl Ginger
- 0.5 tbsp Sereh
- 2.5 bh sdg Kayu Manis
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3000 ml of water
»Sauce
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 0.5 tbsp hoisin sauce
Method:
1. Place noodles in a heat-resistant bowl, flush with boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes or samapi noodles soft, Drain
